The purpose of the British Society for Medical Dermatology is to promote academic and clinical interest in the practice and study of medical dermatology as well as collaboration between dermatologists and other medical specialists with the goal of improving the care of patients.
Currently membership incurs only a small charge and includes advance warning of future meetings and associated meetings, access to the mentorship and fellowship programmes as well as our regular newsletter
An excellent opportunity to fund individualised programmes of medical dermatology training, up to a maximum value of £2500. Two awards are awarded annually in open competition to UK and Eire dermatology trainees (including post CCT fellows.
The aim of the forum is to provide excellence in care for patients with complicated or rare medical dermatology problems. It will also act as an educational resource for BSMD members.
