The purpose of the British Society for Medical Dermatology is to promote academic and clinical interest in the practice and study of medical dermatology as well as collaboration between dermatologists and other medical specialists with the goal of improving the care of patients.

TRAINEE AWARDS
An excellent opportunity to fund individualised programmes of medical dermatology training, up to a maximum value of £2500. Two awards are awarded annually in open competition to UK and Eire dermatology trainees (including post CCT fellows.
VIDEO PRIZE
The BSMD is launching a prize for a patient education video on a topic related to Medical Dermatology and offers prizes. There will be two streams of prizes open to undergraduate medical students and foundation doctors in the UK or Ireland.
