Dr Suzannah August

Dr August qualified from the University of Edinburgh Medical School in 2001 and is a Consultant Dermatologist at Poole Hospital. In addition to her dermatology clinical training, she has worked in research posts at the University of Southampton, St Mary’s Hospital Portsmouth and University of Leiden, the Netherlands; studying areas such as the role of the immune system in skin cancer, the effects of UV radiation on the skin and new treatments for common skin problems.
